Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note that opened or used perfume products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, for hygiene and health protection reasons.
